Campcraft & Cookery

" If you want all the comforts of home and good food, whilst in the wilderness, then this is the course for you" You will start the course by learning how to care for and use safely, cutting tools such as the axe and knife. We will teach you how to manufacture campcraft gadgets that will make your stay in the wilderness more comfortable. After getting to grips with the basics of axe-craft you will then learn construction techniques and put your new found skills into practice. Each day you will be introduced to new outback cooking methods that will enable you to prepare a wide variety of different tasty meals with the minimum amount of equipment.
