Taster Course
|
“We see Bushcraft as
a journey, so let us help you safely on your way by introducing
you to the basic skills you need to take your first steps on the
Bushcraft trail.”
This two day taster course provides an
exciting introduction to the subject of Bushcraft, providing an ideal
starting point for those who have never camped before or for those who are
unsure if Bushcraft is for them. |

 |
Day 1 On the first day after
settling in at our wilderness camp you will be introduced to a
variety of subjects with the opportunity to try out your practical skills
by taking part in basic shelter building, fire-lighting and basic
plant-lore.
After practicing your skills during
most of the day, you will then have the opportunity to relax around an
open fire, and discuss your progress whilst you eat a hearty cooked meal.
Day 2 After a restful night
you shall be introduced to more skills topics such as the safe use of
cutting tools, advanced methods of fire-lighting, and perhaps some animal
tracking.
This course makes a great present for
friends or family members, so put your best foot forward and start your
journey.
